DMCA Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Explaindio 5 AI is operated by Explaindio LLC (“we,” “us”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This page explains how to report content on the Explaindio 5 AI service (explaindiolocal.com and app.explaindio.com) that you believe infringes your copyright, and how a user can respond if their content is removed.

1. Our designated agent

Send copyright notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:

Explaindio LLC

Attn: DMCA Agent

41 Watchung Plz, Ste 252

Montclair, NJ 07042, USA

E-mail: support@explaindio.com

Please use e-mail. It is the fastest way to reach us.

2. How to report an infringement (takedown notice)

If you believe content on the service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send our agent a written notice that includes all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed. If one notice covers several works, a representative list is enough.
  • Identification of the material you say is infringing, with enough detail for us to find it — a link to the video, sample page, video page or image, and the account it appears under, if you know it.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number and e-mail address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

A notice that is missing any of these may not be acted on. Please do not send notices about other matters to this address.

3. What we do when we receive a valid notice

  • We remove or disable access to the material identified in the notice, or the video, sample page or video page that contains it.
  • We notify the user who posted or generated it and give them a copy of the notice.
  • We record the notice against that account under our repeat-infringer policy below.

4. Counter-notice

If your content was removed because of a notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notice that includes all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Explaindio LLC may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.

When we receive a valid counter-notice, we send a copy to the person who filed the original notice. If they do not tell us within ten business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore the material within ten to fourteen business days after receiving your counter-notice.

5. Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate the account of any user who is the subject of repeated valid infringement notices, and we may do so after a single notice in serious cases.

6. Misrepresentation

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Please make sure a notice or counter-notice is accurate before you send it.

7. About pictures in videos

Pictures and clips in a video come from a user’s own uploads, pictures the user generated, the templates’ own art, or third-party stock photo and video libraries, used under those libraries’ licenses. When Explaindio 5 AI makes a sample video from a business’s website, it reads the site’s text; it does not copy the site’s pictures or logo. If your claim concerns a stock image or clip, tell us the source and the license issue as you understand it, and we will handle the notice in the same way.
