By purchasing any Explaindio 5 AI product from Explaindio LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which form part of our Terms of Use.
1.1 We provide a thirty (30) day money-back guarantee applicable exclusively to the initial purchase of each Explaindio 5 AI product: the Explaindio 5 AI license, the Explaindio 5 AI Bundle, and each upgrade. Pro-Credits and other consumables are excluded (see Section 3).
1.2 The 30-day window begins on the exact date and time of the initial transaction.
1.3 To request a refund, submit a support ticket to our support team within 30 days of purchase, stating your purchase email address and your WarriorPlus transaction ID.
1.4 Upon processing a refund, all software licenses, access keys, and associated cloud features of the refunded product are immediately revoked.
2.1 Initial Term: The first payment of a subscription is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of that first payment.
2.2 Automatic Renewals: All subsequent recurring renewal charges (monthly or annual) are strictly non-refundable. We do not issue partial, prorated, or retrospective refunds once a recurring charge has processed. The renewal interval and price of each product are stated on its sales page and at checkout.
2.3 Cancellation Requirement: To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription prior to your scheduled renewal date on the subscription page of your WarriorPlus account (My Purchases), in your PayPal recurring payments console if you paid with PayPal, or by contacting our support team at least 48 hours before the billing date. Cancellation halts future billing; current access remains active through the end of the paid cycle. Access after cancellation is governed by our Terms of Use.
3.1 All purchases of Pro-Credits and credit packs are strictly final and non-refundable.
3.2 Pro-Credits are consumable digital units provisioned immediately upon transaction to cover real-time third-party computational and AI rendering costs. Because these assets are delivered instantly and available for immediate consumption, they cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed once purchased. Purchased credit packs do not expire.
3.3 Credits included with a product or a monthly allowance have no cash value. Credits consumed by a render that fails on our side are returned to your account automatically as credits, not as money.
Deleting a video, sample page, or other output does not entitle you to a refund or to a return of credits. Output is deemed delivered when it is rendered.
Approved refunds are issued through WarriorPlus to the original payment method only, in the amount paid for the refunded product. The time for a refund to appear on your statement depends on your payment provider.
Explaindio 5 AI is software. Your purchase is not a promise of clients or of what you will earn.
