Add a client workspace

For: Explaindio 5 Agency and Explaindio 5 Agency Lite

Each client can have their own Explaindio login, with their own business list, sample videos and emails.

1. Click Client workspaces in the left menu.
2. Under Add a client workspace, type the Client name and Their login email.
3. Click Create workspace.
4. Click Copy both to copy the email and password. The password is shown once.
5. Send the login to your client.

If it doesn't work: Their searches come out of your plan's searches, and their videos use your credits. For each video the AI plans in a client workspace, that's 10 credits on top of the video itself. It's also 1 credit each time Write the email for me is used there, and 1 credit for each stock photo checked for a picture (at most 6 for one picture). Videos you make in your own account don't pay these. See "Credits in client workspaces". Explaindio 5 Agency includes up to 10 workspaces, and Explaindio 5 Agency Lite includes 3. Removed one by mistake? Add the same email again within 30 days, and the workspace comes back with all its work. You get a new temporary password to give your client, because the old one no longer works. You need a free workspace slot for this. After 30 days, the work moves to your own account, which can take up to two days, and adding the email makes a new, empty workspace.
