Connect GoHighLevel

For: Explaindio 5 Pro and Pro Lite

Send from your own GoHighLevel sub-account, and add each business to a pipeline.

  1. In GoHighLevel, go to Settings → Private Integrations and create one named "Explaindio".
  2. Give it these five scopes: Locations (read), Contacts (write), Conversations — send messages (write), Opportunities (read) and Opportunities (write). Copy the token.
  3. Copy your Location ID from Settings → Business Profile.
  4. In Explaindio, open Sending settings, paste both on the GoHighLevel card, and click Connect.
  5. Click Test.
  6. Choose a pipeline and stage, or No pipeline (just add the contact).

If it doesn't work: If you see "Those details didn't work", check that the token has all five scopes and the Location ID is from the same sub-account.
