Add a talking presenter to a scene
For: Explaindio 5 Pro and the Explaindio 5 AI Bundle
A talking presenter is a person on screen who speaks your scene's words. A presenter counts as the scene's one video, so a scene with a presenter can't also have a video clip (see Add a video to a scene).
- Open the scene in the Studio.
- Open the Presenter section in the scene editor.
- Under Avatar image URL, paste a link to a portrait photo. It must start with https://.
- Under Voice audio URL, click use scene audio to use your scene's voice-over. Or paste a link to an mp3 or wav file, up to 120 seconds.
- Pick a Style: Circle, Rounded, Panel or Full. For every style except Full, also pick a Position and a Size.
- Click Generate presenter. The section shows generating…, and it takes a minute or two. When it says ready, the presenter is in every render of this scene.
To change it later, click Replace presenter.
What it costs. The talking presenter uses Pro credits, by the second of audio. The line under the button shows the rate and about how many seconds your Pro credits cover.
If it doesn't work:
- No Presenter section? The talking presenter comes with Explaindio 5 Pro and the Explaindio 5 AI Bundle.
- "You're out of Pro credits, so the presenter wasn't made." You need more Pro credits for a presenter that long. Try a shorter voice-over.
- "The presenter didn't finish." Check that the photo is a clear portrait and the sound link works, then try again.
